1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or leaking product.
You received the wrong product.
The item delivered has defects or quality issues.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.

2. Time Window for Return Requests

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests after this period may not be accepted.

Your order number
Product photos
Unboxing video (required for damage or leakage claims)

This helps us verify the issue and process your request quickly.

3. Return Process

Once your request is approved:

Our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on return steps.
The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, unless it is damaged or defective.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund.

5. Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new product once the return is confirmed.
Replacement availability depends on stock.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used perfumes
Products without original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse
Discounted or clearance products, unless they arrive damaged

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
