Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or leaking product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item delivered has defects or quality issues.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes.
2. Time Window for Return Requests
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests after this period may not be accepted.

- Product photos
- Unboxing video (required for damage or leakage claims)

3. Return Process
Once your request is approved:
- Our support team will arrange a pickup or guide you on return steps.
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, unless it is damaged or defective.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually reflect within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.
- If the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will receive a full refund.
5. Replacements
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the new product once the return is confirmed.
- Replacement availability depends on stock.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Discounted or clearance products, unless they arrive damaged
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
